Write a product review and get a ¥500 coupon

After receiving a product purchased from Monolith, you can write a review to receive a ¥500 discount code for your next purchase. We would love to hear about your experience. Your feedback helps other pet owners choose products and helps us improve our products and service.

How to write a review

1. Open the page for the product you purchased, scroll to the customer reviews section, and select the button to write a review on the right.
2. Choose star ratings for aspects such as quality, style, and comfort. If you are happy with the product, we would appreciate a five-star review. If something could be better, please rate it honestly and tell us why.
3. Describe your experience and any changes you noticed in your pet. Add a review title and a photo if you wish.
4. Enter a display name. This name is public, so we recommend a nickname. Enter the email address you used when purchasing; it will not be shown publicly.
5. Submit your review.

Receive and use your discount code

After you submit a review, Monolith will email you a thank-you discount code. Store messages are sent from support@naotta.jp.

At your next checkout, copy the code from the email, paste it into the discount code field, and select “Apply.” Check that the discount has been applied before completing your order.
