■For products purchased directly from Monolith, returns will be handled in accordance with the following regulations.

Unopened products can be returned for any reason (return deadlines apply).
Please contact us before returning the item.
We accept returns of unopened products within 90 days of delivery. Please contact us at the address below before returning the product. If you return the product within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full price of the product. If you return the product between 31 and 90 days of delivery, we will refund half the price of the product. Please pay the shipping fee when returning the product. Please also pay the bank transfer fee when making the refund.
If you need to return a product due to a defect or malfunction on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will cover all costs and provide a refund or exchange.
